Introduction of Lentikats biotechnology into the technology of wastewater treatment from lay-bys' and fuel stations' wastewater treatment plants, SBR reactor operational mode proposal, determination of Lentikats biocatalyst nitrification and denitrification activities, proposal for the optimal operational mode with regard to the elimination of COD.

The final goal of the project is the implementation of the production and use of encapsulated microbial cells during the production of primary and secondary metabolites of microorganisms, extracellular microbial enzymes, biologically active substances, important from the point of view of the food industry, pharmaceutical industry and cosmetics, by means of encapsulated plant cells and the use of microbial cultures and colonies during the treatment of drinking water and final purification of industrial and municipal waste water.

Application of immobilized cells and enzymes in biotechnological processes

MEGA a.s. In the framework of applied research, the final goal of the project is the implementation and semi-pilot verification of technologies with immobilized microbial producers and enzymes used in the production of alcohol, in food technologies and biotransformations used in the pharmaceutical industry for the production of semisynthetic antibiotics derived from penicillins and cephalosporines.
