Description

At present, further applications of the Lentikats biotechnology are in preparation. Lentikats biotechnology means the immobilization of various types of microorganisms for various types of fermentation and bioconversion processes. The introduction of Lentikats biotechnology in these production processes brings a high rate and stability of fermentation processes.

Lentikats biotechnology works with short fermentation cycles and higher yields. By the implementation of Lentikats biotechnology in current technologies, the volume efficiency of fermenters increases.

If new production plants are built, the investment costs decrease by several orders of magnitude in comparison with classical technologies, primarily due to the decreased volume of fermenters.

The implementation of Lentikats biotechnology is simple and without the necessity of further investments.

• 1,3-propandiol production (1,3-PD) (Clostridium buryricum immobilized bacteria)
• immobilized microorganisms for selective biodegradations of various types (biodegradation of ethylene glycol, oil, alkanes, aromates, hydrocarbons, phenolic substances - phenol, chlorophenol, etc., acetone, acetonitrile, aniline, cyanides, ethylene glycol)
